JOSÉ ANTONIO SOLER BERNÁ

José Antonio is a licensed Spanish lawyer, registered at the Orihuela Bar Association with registry number 1.377, graduated in University Cardenal Herrera C.E.U. San Pablo, Elche (Alicante), specialized in urban development and real estate law, fiscal law and bancrupcy management.

As an independent lawyer specializes in real estate law, he has started his own law firm SOLBER REAL ESTATE S.L., skilled in residential tourism sector in Costa Blanca area and in fiscal and legal representation of non-resident clients in Spain.

He has broadened his training completing many post-graduate courses, including:

Urban Planning Master and Real estate Management at the Murcia University Business School, Murcia 2002/2003.

Two years of legal practice at the Elche College of Lawyer, 2009.

Advanced Tax Consultancy at the FUNDESEM School of Alicante 2007.

Specialized arbitration course by the Orihuela Bar Association, 2010.

ALEKSANDRA JASINSKA

Aleksandra graduated from Law at the University of Mykolas Riomeris, Vilnius, Lithuania, Master's Degree in Law from the University of Mykolas Riomeris, Vilnius, Lithuania. (Degree approved by the European Union) and Licentiate in Archeology by the University of Vilnius, Lithuania.
Aleksandra has extensive legal experience, working in a Spanish law firm for eight years, specialising in real estate law and tax representation of non-residents. She also worked as a notary in Torrevieja for a year and a half, assisting in notarial and legal proceedings.

Aleksandra has extensive legal and practical training in real estate, notary and foreign law.

ADELAIDA SOLER BERNÁ

Adelaida coordinates objectives and business action plans at Soler Berná Abogados & Inmobiliaria. She holds a degree in Geography and History from the University of Alicante and has taken numerous courses in Marketing, Customer Service, Real Estate Management and Marketing and Interior Design and Decoration. She worked for more than five years as a coordinator in a well-known interior design company in Alicante, and has nearly twenty years' experience in public service.

ALICIA GARCÍA GRACIA

Alicia has a Law degree from the University of Alicante. She is a collegiate lawyer (no. 1197) of the Iltre Bar Association of Orihuela, with professional offices in Orihuela and in Torrevieja.

Alicia has 14 years of professional experience as a practicing lawyer, defending the interests of both individuals and companies before courts throughout Spain and in different areas; civil, administrative, criminal and labour.

ANNA CZARNECKA

Auxiliar Administrativo, recibió su formación en Goethe Institut, Universidad de Munich, y EuroEscuela Nuernberg Alemania. Ha orientado su formación hacía el Sector Inmobiliario, está especializada en la gestión de venta inmobiliaria, la captación de nuevas viviendas, atención al cliente y tramites legales. Actualmente responsable del Departamento de ventas del mercado Alemán y Polaco.
